This event will have two sessions, both filled with engaging and insightful discussion and live audience participation.
Session 1: Sales Planning for The New Normal (30 minutes): While the pandemic may be slowing down in the US, it will still have some long-term impact on how companies plan and execute. In this session, the event host, Steve Ridgley, and Rick Butler, will lead the audience in a group discussion on Sales Planning for the New Normal. Discussion will focus on how companies across industries are re-thinking sales planning, tips to be more agile, and best practices for the post-pandemic environment.
Session 2: Customer Experiences of Various SPM Tools (55 minutes): Do you wonder if your company has the best SPM tool? Or do you want to learn the pros and cons of the top three SPM tools – SAP Commissions, Varicent and Xactly? If you answered ‘yes’, you must attend this session.
A panel of six customers, each using one of the above three SPM tools, will discuss personal experiences and insights about their tool. You will learn: what they love, what’s lacking, real-life challenges, and the steps they are taking to maximize their ROI from the tool.
The panel discussion will be followed by a LIVE Q&A for audience.
